As a Client Services Associate II, PCS at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing

Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support throughout the clinical trial process.

Coordinating and managing various aspects of clinical trial projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.

Serving as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure effective communication and project execution.

Conducting data analysis and generating reports to support decision-making processes.

Proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure smooth project operations.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business Administration.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, project management, or clinical research coordination.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems preferred.
