- This is a product development scientist position for Meatal Packaging Can Sealant APAC, APP.
- The position requires good knowledge and experience on water-based adhesive, or water-based coating, or latex development.

- Contact different suppliers for raw material scouting and testing.
- Formulation development based on technical requirement.
- Lab sample test and lining trial run.
- Prepare a big PD sample for customer trial.
- Lab management and 5S.
- Customer visit for your project.
- Team communication.
- PhD in Polymer Science or Chemistry with more than 5 years' hands-on experience in the fields of water-based adhesives, water-based coatings or latex development.
- Good knowledge and experience in surface science, mechanical/rheology property testing and chemical analysis.
- Good English communication skill in listening, speaking and writing.
- Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
