Project Service and Operational Support a. Assist in the overall advancement of overseas projects, including planning, progress tracking, and resource coordination. b. Responsible for drafting, archiving, and updating project-related documents to ensure accurate and timely communication. c. Support project managers in cross-departmental communication to achieve project goals. 2. Marketing Document and Data Management a. Organize and maintain overseas market-related materials such as brochures, technical documents, and quotations. b. Assist in preparing bidding documents, client proposals, and market research reports. c. Participate in market research and collect industry trends, competitor information, and regulatory policies. 3. Overseas Client Communication and Support a. Act as the client interface, responsible for daily communication, feedback handling, and relationship maintenance with overseas clients. b. Assist in arranging client visits, online meetings, and business negotiations. c. Follow up on client needs and coordinate internal resources to provide solutions and ensure client satisfaction. 4. Meeting Minutes and Documentation a. Responsible for recording and organizing minutes of project and client meetings. b. Draft English meeting minutes, project summary reports, and client feedback compilations. c. Assist superiors in other English documentation tasks such as training materials and technical guides. 5. Showroom Reception and Exhibition Support a. Receive overseas clients visiting the showroom and introduce products and the company. b. Prepare showroom display content to ensure consistency with brand image. c. Assist in organizing overseas exhibitions, industry forums, and participate in on-site support and client reception. 6. Technical and Service Support (Depending on Project Nature) a. Assist in pre-sales technical demonstrations, product introductions, and technical communication with clients. b. Organize client feedback and coordinate with technical teams to provide solutions. c. Participate in client training, technical documentation writing, and translation tasks. Bachelor's degree or above in English, International Trade, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. Familiar with international business processes; experience in overseas projects or client liaison is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, and cross-cultural awareness. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with basic copywriting skills. Experience in exhibition organization, showroom reception, or technical support is a plus. Able to adapt to short-term overseas travel or flexible work arrangements.
