Senior Engineering Manager -Fluid-Thermal

What you will do：

Lead a team of subject matter experts in fluid-thermal focused on HVAC&R product related heat transfer, fluid mechanics and multiphase flow at various experience levels.
Work closely with the product development team to develop strategy and roadmaps for fluid-thermal component technologies for HVAC&R products.
Champion an open and collaborative environment to foster cross-discipline teamwork
Support HVAC&R product NPI project heat exchanger, fan etc. core components design and project execution and championing operational excellence and identifying and mitigating risks.
Develop and coach team members on career paths, project management, Lean, and more.
Collaborate with leaders across JCI HVAC&R, Data Center business to continuously improve the culture of collaboration and innovation.
Drive EHS safety standard operating procedures and best practices

what we want：

Master's Degree above in Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in heat transfer, fluid-thermal systems, or closely related discipline.
Proven track record of championing innovation and collaboration.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Ability to coach and/or mentor technical talent at all experience levels.
Ability to influence at senior levels of an organization.
Demonstrated technical project leadership capability with ability to build, lead, and energize cross-functional teams in high-impact technologies.
Experience with fluid-thermal test equipment/methods and/or modeling and simulation tools.
