./51/LP /上海浦东Your ContributionAs a Pricing Specialist, you will adopt a proactive approach in Pricing process to ensure the price advantage of the products and the maximization of the company's profits.

Set-up Pricing process, structure, working instruction and forms to guide all key users
Develop pricing strategy in strong alignment with Global Pricing Team and AP Pricing Teams
Protect budget requirements, especially gross profit as well as developing profitable sales growth and potential
Responsible for calculated the Target Purchase Price (TPP)
Responsible for calculation, alignment, and approval of Selling Price Orientation (SPO) with Controlling and Business Heads
Responsible for calculation, alignment, and approval of yearly price adjustment plan and price list with Controlling and Business Heads
Responsible for calculation, alignment, and definition of Minimum Selling Price (MSP) per product group with Controlling and Business Heads
Understand value chain by channel, able to develop insights and perspectives on customer
Maintain a stable and balanced pricing structure for all channels
Monthly meeting with local teams, define action plan to optimize the product profitability
Coordinate major price changes with global pricing team
Support the marketing campaign execution
Support or coordinate special projects assigned by Manager

Your Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above
More than 5 years working experience in pricing of Automotive Industry
Experienced in sales benchmark, marketing intelligence.
Experienced in product optimization to achieve cost-effectiveness
Knowledge of Sales profit
Good Microsoft Office and English skill
