- Lead Beijing Landlord Rep team and fully in charge of team management, revenue, EBDITA
- Play a role in business development including sales, marketing and public relations
- Have input revenue and profit budgets, cost control targets and related performance indicators for the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts
- Attend regular Divisional meetings
- Maintain a high presence in the marketplace
- Preparation of leasing submissions
- Secure properties for lease
- Co-ordinate tenant searches and/or marketing and leasing of properties including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising and site inspections
- Attend client meetings
- Negotiation of lease agreements
- Instruction to solicitors regarding leasing documentation
- Meet individual budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.
- 5-7 years' experience in Office Leasing for Associate Director level, and over 2 years for Director level. A leader role is preferrable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate with clients
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize - good time management skills
- Ability to learn technical skills
