- Achieve Sales Target by managing selected accounts, distributors, and explore new business with strategic focus
- Provide market insights to the company for the responsible markets
- Identify, predict and create selected accounts’ needs on new products, and advanced existing products with good business sense and cases through presenting a metrics of market trends and analysis, costs benefit and enhancement of brand integrity
- Establish and execute account management strategy, forecast, planning and budgeting
- Be a competent partner internally & externally – an expert for the Chinese market and technical knowledge relevant to company products
- Lead and manage projects to ensure that they meet deadlines and customer’s requirement by working closely with technical, consumer research and regional team
- Manage the supplier-customer relationship through intensive network, providing client services in terms of problem solving on commercial issues, and being a business partner
- Prepare sales report and account analysis
- Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Food Science or relevant
- At least 3 years of sales, account or business management in flavor company
- Proven experience in managing key accounts and business development in the assigned scope
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally
- Accepts 30-40% travel frequency
- Knowledge of the beverage and food service businesses is preferred
- Able to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrates respect for people
