- Lead and coordinate financial planning cycles (Plan, LRP, LBE, S&OP) across multiple functions.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, providing clear variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support regional and global consolidation processes and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to commercial, medical, and enabling functions, providing financial guidance and strategic input.
- Support pricing, forecasting, and incentive planning processes in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting standards.
- Lead or support ad hoc financial modelling, scenario planning, and business case development.
- Provide financial leadership in cross-functional initiatives, including digital transformation, cost optimization, and M&A integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or business finance roles, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Fluent in English
