Job DescriptionManage team to deliver against assigned revenue, recruitment, Data Quality (DQI) targets.Establish and own relationships with key non - coop retailers C - suite, Government and Associations senior officials in partnership with Government Relation and MarCom leadersProactively identify and attend industry influential forums to establish NIQ as the industry leader in China for all NIQ covered industry/channels, e.g. snack, MT, etc. Become the key spokesperson in public events to represent NIQ as the Retail industry expert.Lead the win back and new recruit strategy development and execution for new partnerships by managing team and exercising superior influencing skills across multiple teams within NIQ to secure new partnerships, including MYJ, MMHM, CRV and Red FlagProactively identify and establish strategic alliances with industry - lead companies/associations to expand NIQ's reach in industry and to co - create solutions to better serve retailersPartner with Key Account AD leader to provide strategic guidance to overall Retail team on C - level engagement elevation, Key Account servicing capabilities elevation to ensure 100% contract renewals, develop sales strategy and plans, and build up a strong talent pipeline for FMCG retail team.Be able to influence and win support from internal local and regional senior stakeholders for strategic initiatives and/or solutions creation.Additional InformationOur Benefits
