
Quality Assurance Manager

- Ensure 100 % in compliance with local legal regulations and legislation at Chinese sites (quality related)
- Enforces Continuous Improvement Process & Development of local and global management system
- Coordinate customer required external quality audits for Dayabay site
- Manage certification audits (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISCCplus, Halal, Kosher) for Chinese sites
- Adapt Clariant global QM policy and objectives for Chinese sites
- Support plant quality assurance by conducting internal quality checks (Dayabay site)
- Coordinate customer complaints on global level; Check change control reports and internal deviation reports on global level
- Creation and maintenance of global quality agreements with customers and suppliers
- Verification of certificates of analyses and control of special qualities on global level
- Monitoring of inspection lots on global level
- Qualification of plant and lab personal for Additive products at Chinese sites
- Advanced degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in quality assurance/ control, very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerBI,
- Good knowledge of SAP QM module,
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
