- Project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to provide input for the development of innovative and competitive solutions.
- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical input for accurate sales forecasting, supporting production planning and resource allocation.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating technical aspects of contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet or exceed technical specifications and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a field relevant to the manufacturing company's products (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Marine engineering).
- Typically requires relevant experience in sales engineering or a technical sales role within the marine industry.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to sales growth, understanding customer requirements, and providing effective technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate in written and simple oral English.
- Working experience in a multinational company is preferred.
