Training and development:
  • Identify training and development needs
  • Succession planning & talent mapping.
Performance management:
  • Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to drive accountability and performance improvement.
  • Support managers to have a structured performance management, annual dialogue, feedback and a clear development and action plan
Employee relations:
  • Develop and drive employee engagement agenda and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Coaches and act as neutral escalation point for Area and Store teams on how to prevent employee relations problems from occurring and the resources to use if they arise

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering, preferably in retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Spoken and written language skills: Mandarin and professional-level English.
