- Assist the store manager in talent management, team building, and cultural development to ensure the implementation of company culture in the store.
- Identify training and development needs
- Succession planning & talent mapping.
- Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to drive accountability and performance improvement.
- Support managers to have a structured performance management, annual dialogue, feedback and a clear development and action plan
- Develop and drive employee engagement agenda and ensure high satisfaction.
- Coaches and act as neutral escalation point for Area and Store teams on how to prevent employee relations problems from occurring and the resources to use if they arise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering, preferably in retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Spoken and written language skills: Mandarin and professional-level English.
