- Partnering with cross-functional and channel leaders to co-build data-backed commercial strategies from an RGM perspective
- Delivering data-driven consumer and market insights to optimize revenue across sales channels via assortment, volume and promotion decisions
- Providing key decision-making support to senior stakeholders across Greater China and APAC
- Diagnosing core business issues and solving complex commercial problems with multi-source analysis and RGM expertise
- Preparing regular market and performance reporting to inform leadership’s business decisions
- Embedding RGM and category insights into the commercial team to enable tailored shopper-centric programs
- Complying with Diageo’s Responsible Research guidelines and all internal compliance requirements
- Proven experiences of commercial strategy/ RGM/ Pricing role, preferably with management consulting/ insight agency experience
- Consumer goods or adult beverage category experience strong plus
- Strong technical experience with advanced software skills (Nielsen – strong plus) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Strong project & time management
- Proven senior stakeholder management skills & success at driving & inspiring change
