- to deliver financial targets of MDI variants and system special system to the construction and related industry.
- To grow the size and market share by implementing sales plan, strengthening customer relationship to realize new business opportunities
- To execute PU2026 strategy of specialties down stream of value creation.
- Ensure business activities are in full compliance with Company policy, EHS standards and legal regulations.
- Responsible for delivering China Construction SMUs financial and operating targets, including sales volume, revenue, contribution margin. Responsible for sales forecast accuracy.
- Propose and execute sales and accounts plan, build upon Huntsman performance and market share by optimizing customer portfolio and developing new accounts.
- Lead the team to conduct regular customer visit, manage key accounts and distributors, responsible for customer relationship and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the team to take control of account receivable, DSO, debts, inventory level within budget and achieve zero bad debt.
- Bring understanding of market needs, collect and analyses competitive information, and in conjunction with Marketing Manager to develop market database and document market assessment. Establish proper market conduct in order to maintain and increase Huntsman influence to the industry.
- Lead and coach team members in order to enhance team performance and competence, motivate and retain desired employees. Set SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timed) objectives for each team member and reviewed regularly.
- Initiative and lead to deliver growth and margin improvement with cross functional teams.
- Act as focal point of global projects and global account for APAC.
- The jobholder should be highly self-motivated, persistent and good at motivating others to achieve challenging objectives under difficult environment

- Highly dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirement, strong ability in building up relationship and achieving customer satisfaction

- Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business related major, chemical engineering etc. with MBA as a plus
- Experiences: At least 15 years sales, business development, marketing or operation experiences with MNC in related industries, among which, 8 years in a managerial position with dynamic teams
- Skill:
- Fluent written and spoken English, good command of MS Office
- Selling & marketing skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial and trading knowledge as a plus.
