We are currently recruiting for an Associate Fleet Coordinator to join our SSL Operations team.Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. Our culture champions digitalization, collaboration and continuous improvement, as well as a commitment to a sustainable future.You will be joining a professional and international team with extensive knowledge of the industry. Working closely with our customers and vendors, you will provide customers with excellent service. Your expertise ensures that we will continue to set the industry benchmark for seamless and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Fleet Coordinator to manage tank inventory; update ERP everyday; do the cost maintenance; co-operate with STC to meet tank demands across China.

Update SSL ERP system on the daily basis, including tank status; Release appropriate tanks to move; Make sure that the relevant invoices are issued correctly and timely.
Arrange tank repo throughout China as per fleet coordinator's instruction; Meet tank demands across China; Support Fleet Coordinator on relevant reports.
Co-operate with STC tank fleet management to set up units safety stock across China.

Qualifications

College degree and above.
General knowledge about forwarding, shipping or logistics industry is preferred.
Positive working attitude and a good team player
Strong interpersonal skills
A good master of effective communication
Must be ethical, organized and able to prioritize and set goals.
Common sense and problem solving skills are required.
