Job Description:You will join a professional and outstanding team that offers great platform to sharpen your skillsets.As a Markets Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible to ensure the accuracy, efficiency and completeness of QDII related BAU.Job responsibilities

Handle QDII related BAU including but not limited to settlements, confirmation, reconciliation, regulatory reporting.
Works closely with Stakeholders including Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and Custodian bank to support QDII.
Support BAU for other products such as FX, Rate, Equity, Commodity, SPG, CIO etc.
Adhere to all operations procedures and control standards including local requirements and global policies.
Control Self Assessments are completed thoroughly and on time.
Have a connection with local industry & local regulator with evident proof on market influence.
Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to supervisor.
Contribute to ongoing developments of the BAU process and control
Lead Ad-hoc project work as directed by Managers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 2 years bank/financial industry working experience is preferred.
Have strong product knowledge on wealth management product (QDII) as well as other derivative products.
Be familiar with local regulation on relevant products, ensure all the processing is in line with local regulation.
Fluent in speaking, reading & writing skills in both English & Chinese Mandarin
Strong control mindset, sound specific industry knowledge & strong project co-ordination skills
Advanced MS Office especially Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-look ups
Mathematical mind-set demonstrating strong numerical skills; strong analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive with the proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and interact across departments
Have a proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to bring the issues to the closure.
