2. Work with individual applications Tech Business Analyst/Developers to have high level requirements turned into executable backlog items by the squads.
3. Engage with users, SMEs and Champions focusing on desk/country on-boarding. Assist users during testing and training phases.
4. When designing, engage Product Owners to ensure global operating model and genericity principles are consistently applied.
5. Responsible for slicing backlog features into relevant product increments across different systems.
6. Ensure that features have clear acceptance criteria and benefits documented by the relevant Product Owners.
7. Ensure that features are tested prior to UAT (integration testing) and end-users are regularly involved
8. Document the interfaces specification/integration pattern for a particular feature when several applications are involved (trade/event data attributes and mapping)
9. Where relevant contribute to UX/UI Design: (works with UX designers, UI Engineers)
10. Maintain Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency log for features (on ADO) - responsible for driving tickets to a solution with the horizontal.
11. Identify impacted architectural patterns eligible for review in Technology Design Authority forum
12. Update and produce the necessary Programme governance artefacts; Solution Intent document, workstream statuses, Steering committees updates, etc.

- University degree in Science/Technology/Finance
- relevant experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes of work in the Financial Markets Technology space, preferably on build solutions (rather than buy and integrate)
- Strong front-to-back Financial Markets business processes understanding including Front Office's Trade and Order's execution, Market and Credit risk generation, Middle Office trade and cash life cycle management, Operations processing and reporting for confirmations, settlements, client statement, Finance and Product Control accounting and P&L reporting, compliance controls reporting and regulatory reporting and other ancillary processes supporting trade end-to-end processing and reporting.
- Strong technical acumen, understanding of IT architecture concepts, these initiatives are all technical in nature, some delivering relatively sophisticated solutions.
- Experience in business analysis and in reviewing business analyst's requirements, functional specifications, process flows and other business and technical documentation.
- Experience in managing stakeholder communication including timely project progress reporting to business sponsors and technology management.
- Experience managing ambiguity to provide clarity and facilitate discussions to reach consensus on both technology designs and business processes.
- Strong Derivatives products knowledge OTC and ETD : FX Options, Rates, Credit Derivatives, Commodities, FX.
