We are looking for a Service Manager-All Day Dinning with following duties and requirements:我们在寻找一位具备以下特质,并可独立承担相应岗位职责的全日开放餐厅经理人选:As a Service Manager-All Day Dinning, we rely on you to:作为酒店全日开放餐厅经理,需承担以下主要工作职责:1. Be responsible for the operation of the restaurant in the Western cuisine field, and implement the tasks for each period.
2. Develop the work norms and systems related to Western service and ensure their implementation.
3. Assist the restaurant manager in formulating various catering promotion plans and strategies.
4. Supervise the staff in providing services to guests according to the standard procedures, conduct performance evaluations of the staff, and implement the reward and punishment system.
5. Handle guests' opinions and continuously improve service quality.
6. Focus on the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, strictly implement the material management system, and do a good job in safety work.1.负责酒店西餐领域的餐厅运营,落实各个时期的工作任务。
2.制定西式服务相关的工作规范及工作制度并确保实施。
3.协助餐饮部经理制定各项餐饮推销计划与策略。
4.监督员工按照规范标准对客服务,对员工进行绩效评估,实施奖惩制度。
5.处理宾客的意见,不断改善服务质量。
6.抓好设备设施的维修保养,严格物资管理制度,做好安全工作。We are looking someone who:我们寻找的人选需具备:1. At least 3 years of experience in the same position;
2. Proficient in Western cuisine business knowledge and skilled in the skills and techniques of Western cuisine;
3. Possess strong organizational and leadership skills as well as practical working ability; skilled at motivating the enthusiasm of personnel;
4. Familiar with the entire process of Western cuisine service, capable of arranging the work of each link, and able to ensure the coordinated development of Western cuisine management;
5. Have knowledge in the processing of Western cuisine raw materials and cost accounting, and be able to control product quality and cost consumption.1.3年及以上同岗位工作经验;
2.精通西餐业务知识,熟练掌握西餐的技能技巧;
3.具有较强的组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力;善于调动人员的积极性。
4.熟悉西餐服务全过程,善于安排各个环节的工作,能保证西餐管理的协调发展。
