Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Summary: Responsible for developing and supporting Acrylic-based adhesive products, including formulation design, scale-up, manufacturing support, and technical problem-solving to ensure product performance, quality, cost and compliance with applicable standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Acrylic-based adhesive formulations to meet project and customer requirements.
  • Lead scale-up activities from lab to pilot and full-scale manufacturing.
  • Provide technical support to production teams for process stability, quality improvement, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct material characterization, performance testing, and data analysis to guide development decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including division lab, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and marketing to ensure successful product commercialization.
  • Maintain documentation for formulations, process parameters, and technical reports.
  • Support qualification, validation, and compliance activities as required.
Qualifications:
  • PhD degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in adhesives, coatings, or polymer-based product development (solvent-based systems strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on laboratory formulation experience and familiarity with scale-up processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions globally and communicate technical information clearly.
