- As the owner of Sogroya, prepare brand strategy and launch readiness
- Develop insightful and competitive comprehensive marketing strategies for Sogroya
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment and lead the launch readiness matrix.
- Obtain insight from HCPs and be responsible for KOLs mapping, engagement, and development.
- Develop promotional materials/tools and support sales training, systems, etc.
- As the leader of new RareD assets launch preparation:
- Get to understand the new market and have insights of targeted HCPs and Pts.
- Business evaluation and case build for new assets
- Lead the launch preparation process with cross-functional team.
- Manage the pre-launch projects and budget if available.
- Team management

- Individual couch and guidance
- Minimum 5 years of marketing and brand management experience with a strong capability of tactical plan development and implementation in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid capability of new product launch/business evaluation.
- Experience within rare disease area is preferred.
- People management experience is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive and customer orientated behavior.
- Strong collaboration with external/internal stakeholders with a good compliance mindset.
- Fluent in English.
