  • To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's standards operating policies and procedures.

  • To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's experiences and Group specifications.
具有香格里拉质量标准、服务标准及集团规范之运作知识。
  • Inspects all public areas and back of house areas daily.

  • Ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with standards.

  • Ensures public area attendants' work assignments are completed.
确保公共区域员工完成所分配的工作。We are looking for someone who:候选人应具备以下特质：
  • At least 2 years'experience in a similar capacity
