DESCRIPTIONAmazon.com operates in a global eCommerce environment without boundaries, and operates a diverse set of businesses in nine countries, including Retail, third party marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, web services for developers.The RBS Amazon Global Store (AGS) in Beijing is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. AGS provides international products to customers shopping on their in-country Amazon site, offer a localized search and browse experience, use local payment methods, end-to-end delivery solutions, access to local customer service support. The main duties of AGS are to maximize the revenue potential of GS ASINs by fixing drop-off in cross-listing, buyability, discoverability, and conversion defects, improve customer experience by fixing detail page catalog defects, and enhance cross border sales performance by creating deals, promotions and marketing related campaigns.Key job responsibilities
RBS Cross Border team is looking for a Program Manager, who will establish the management framework of Deal/Merchandising, establish new tasks to drive business growth and reduce cost.Key Performance Areas:
- Program plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environment
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap
- Identify new opportunities to initiate sub-programs
- Influence upstream teams' priorities and roadmap
- Make trade-off decisions and understand when and how to escalate appropriately
- Develop solutions and lead implementation
- Advocator and practitioner of using technology to solve business problem.
- Mentor junior team/project membersBasic qualifications- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- knowledge about search engine or experience in product search optimizationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
