RBS Cross Border team is looking for a Program Manager, who will establish the management framework of Deal/Merchandising, establish new tasks to drive business growth and reduce cost.Key Performance Areas:
- Program plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environment
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap
- Identify new opportunities to initiate sub-programs
- Influence upstream teams' priorities and roadmap
- Make trade-off decisions and understand when and how to escalate appropriately
- Develop solutions and lead implementation
- Advocator and practitioner of using technology to solve business problem.
- Mentor junior team/project membersBasic qualifications- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- knowledge about search engine or experience in product search optimizationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
