Overview:This role supports PepsiCo Foods long term growth by driving channel and portfolio strategy and its implementation, with a focus on1)Establish how-to-win solutions for strategic channels growth and transformation, by leading cross-functional SLAM teams and staying on top of market trends2) New portfolio opty. and its commercial plan;3) Act as Project Management Office in commercial projects implementation to fast forward execution and de- bottleneck business pain points4) Support to design commercial SDD, AOP and other strategic agenda5) Assist CEO on other strategic communication and change management projects Responsibilities:1)Establish how-to-win solutions for strategic channels growth and transformation
  • Lead SLAM teams on project base to work on key commercial agenda, incl. GTM, Digital channel sustainability, Omi-channel capabilities
and new market entries; Decode winning solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams, incl. overall business model, portfoliosolutions, footprint expansion, channel activation and efficiency improvements
  • Drive e2e business case development by leaning in problem solving, brain storm, prioritization as well as challenging status quo and
running pressure tests
  • Conduct external market research, consumer and customer needs analysis, category trends deep-dive and competitor benchmark to
provide fact-based insights and develop well-rounded view
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders incl. category, sales, GTM, supply chain and R&D to intergrade cross-functional inputs
  • Establish investment plans, deliverables, and KPIs to make clear of path to success

3)Act as Project Management Office in commercial projects implementation
  • Cascade strategic goals to develop concreate action plans, including key milestones, timeline, actions, KPIs and clear R&R; Partner with all stakeholders for alignment
and commitment
  • Execute cadenced tracking and reporting; Identify potential risks and road blocks, resolving issues or escalating for timely turnarounds
  • Continuously review and iterate business plans & execution results for opportunities of improvement
4)Support to design commercial SDD, AOP and other strategic agenda
  • Participate in SDD and AOP process to orchestrate cross-functional workstreams; Assist with problem solve and business communication
  • Proactively identify new growth opportunities by creative thinking to seed for future breakthrough ideation
5)Assist CEO on other strategic communication and change management projects
  • Develop internal and external strategy related business presentation, incl. but not limited to internal conferences, townhall, and external interview & forums
  • Demonstrate strong influence management and provide day-to-day coaching for peers to elevate commercial team strategic capabilities Qualifications:
  • BA required; 5~7 years’ experience of top consulting firm preferred; strategy experience in
consumer goods/retail/Internet companies is a plus
  • Bright, self-driven, and intellectually curious thinker who is passionate about consumer goods and
its commercial agenda
  • Good problem solving intrinsics with analytical skills and clear structured thinking to define
problems and frameworks
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Very strong English communication and business presentation skills, with high attention to details
