  • Act as a core member of the APAC Fine Papers SBU management team, contributing to overall business strategy and P&L discussions
  • Manage the Technical Customer Service (TCS) team to resolve quality issues quickly and support customers effectively
  • Continuously analyze competitive landscape (offerings, pricing, cost structures, technology) and identify white-space opportunities through benchmarking and adjacency mapping
  • Partner with customers, sales, R&D, and mills to co-develop solutions and improve product performance
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular customer visits to gather performance feedback, co-develop solutions, and lead on-site trials
  • Deliver technical training to sales, technical sales, production teams, and key customers on fine paper applications and performance characteristics
  • Promote knowledge sharing, data-driven decision-making, and agile response to market dynamics
  • Lead and develop the APAC TCS team to deliver proactive, professional, and timely technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
Who you are
  • You have bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Paper Technology, Business, or related field
  • You have 8–10 years of experience in the paper industry, with strong backgrounds in both product management and technical/quality roles
  • You have deep understanding of fine paper manufacturing, applications (e.g., printing, packaging, labels), and end-user requirements
  • You have demonstrated success leading product portfolios and technical teams in a multinational environment
  • You have strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business modelling skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions
  • You are fluent in English and Mandarin; ready to travel across APAC
  • You have strong leadership, analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset
