We are seeking an experienced digital & emarketing manager to lead end-to-end growth across key online channels, with a strong focus on Douyin operations and e‑commerce content & campaign execution
  • Develop and own front-end and back-end business plans for the brand's Douyin presence.
  • Lead daily store and account operations, including content planning, audience engagement, and fan base growth.
  • Plan, track, and optimize in-platform advertising, including RTB campaigns.
  • Manage and improve full lifecycle member operations to increase acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and optimize store live streaming, KOL livestream cooperation, short-video performance, and product card traffic allocation to drive conversion and sales.
  • Lead online E-content creation, including main images, detail pages, short videos, and other assets, ensuring visual standards.
  • Drive continuous optimization of content to enhance CTR, conversion rate, and overall digital presence.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution across platforms.
  • Integrate online & offline campaign elements to deliver cohesive brand experiences and maximize ROI.

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Native Chinese speaker with fluent English communication skills.
  • 5-8+ years of e-commerce experience; strong platform-side experience is a plus (especially Ali ecosystem).
  • Proven track record in managing TP partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning capabilities; able to drive both sell‑in and net GMV performance.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, with strong ownership and a proactive mindset.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and key e‑commerce analytics/monitoring tools.
