The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital strategies and campaigns within the Retail industry, focusing on driving brand awareness and engagement. This role is based in Shanghai and requires expertise in digital marketing to deliver impactful results.50% Responsible for paid media performance in China * Develop the paid media plan including annual, Seasonal, Campaign base etc., with solid knowledge and experience. Has strong holistic strategy thinking, consumer insight, channels and media platforms insights.
  • Budget Planning, in line with annual / Seasonal / Campaign objective manages paid media &Social media budgets, propose the split in budget to secure advantage in impression, search, and engagement and ROI.
  • Always have investment efficiency and high ROI mind set. Through the media matrix, strategic investment and synergize with omnichannel and new technique to keep paid media performance always on high ROI.
  • To partnered with CRM team, fully leverage and integrated with data marketing tool, to help the brand grow through attract new consumers, reach right targets consumers and enhance repeat purchase. Need to support CRM serves the specific needs to consumers' acquisition and retention as well.
  • To tlead social media team and partnered with content team to have the right content fit the different media typo and purpose to drive high media performance.
  • To synergize EC resource, and support Ecom IP event approach. Responsible for concept, paid and social plan and on of monitor IP project landing. And well partnered with EC content marketing team, optimize the both sides resource to achieve win-win result for both paid media and paid KOL.
  • To partnered with channels and content team to drive the OOH performance can reach right TA, or achieve the brand awareness, brand heat purpose or create business return.
Stay updated with fashion omnichannel paid trends (eg, AI, AR, social commerce etc.) test new tools to enhance user's experience. And stay good relationship with key media platforms. To get information and trends, innovated user engagement, and resource support for the brand.25% On social media * To lead social media team, develop annual and seasonal own social media plan. On monitor the plan solid landing to achieve the brand KPI.
  • To lead social media team, develop yearly and seasonal KOL plan. To well on monitor the solid KOL selection, high investment efficiency and develop the right content through KOL partnership.
  • To lead the new social platform approach with defining agency, manage content plan, brand account develop plan. Etc.
  • To empower retail. Well plan and landing KOS program to socialize new retail. Need plan and guide the KOS store content direction and partnered with CRM to turn over the online traffic to retail revenue. To co-work with business channels by leverage offline retail brand experience to build digital & social buzz.
15%Team Development and Agency Management * Coach team members to make them qualified for daily operation with the agencies, independently.
  • Design the career journey, lead them to achieve their career success , and build the brand ownership along the journey ;
  • Work closely with the Procurement team and MKT internal functions, Leadership team to Define the Agency teams to work with, both in media investment, Social Paid Content, and daily operation, etc.;
Build up a positive working relationship with the agency teams, to generate the efficient and win-win result;10%Solid in Communication and Reporting * Well understanding the business objectives, develop high quality annual , quarterly , monthly , by campaign proposals / reports ,to gain the alignment and resources from the management team ;
  • Explain clearly the working logic, the journey ,and needs in Media investment / social media , to make the related functional team has a clear understanding , then lead to smooth cooperation ,in internal MKT team and partnered teams , etc, ;
  • Regular touch base with global team, to get the mutual understanding in global guidance and regional operation ;
  • To work with 3rd party monitor agency to always have 3rd parties tracking and measurement to ensure the high media performance.

  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in an international environment is an asset.
