And to leverage and lead the OEM projects from NA to China or support the projects in China. Also,you need to map the key OEM's business increasing and business accelerating in China. Deep-dive the target application value chain.Your key responsibilities will be:1.Fulfil the annual KPI target, not only Volume but also Gross Margin.2.Leveraging or leading the New applications and the NEW opportunities together with China colleagues or the other regional ones.3.Key Auto accounts management, including OEMs, Tier1s and molders.4.Developing and implementing GC Auto sales strategy in Southern China.Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Organic Chemistry;
Minimum 5~10 years' relevant experience in the field of business development
Fluency English both in spoken and written;
Cantonese spoken is prefer;
Willing to travel for work;
Excellent communication, language and social skills
