2. Identify and develop strategic partnership with key accounts in assigned key cities to improve brand awareness and product advocacy. -30%
3. Initiate and implement sell-out activities to ensure effective workshop activation to increase in-store share and workshop penetration. -15%
4. Manage sell-out closely to maintain sustainable value chain and minimize cross-channel conflicts. -10%
5. Develop market strategy and key distributor strategy for 3-years continuous growth by professional market analysis and working closing with related stakeholders. - 10%What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)
- Bachelor’s in engineering, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of a professional sales or key accounts development experience
- Solid distributor management experience in B2B2C, Lubricants/ Automobile After-market/ segment is preferable.
- Strong self-driven and resilience, effective people influencing skills desired
1. Strong ability of study and communication skill
2. Experience in lubricant and auto/auto-aftermarket industries
3. Good understanding of the basic structure of vehicles and basic knowledge of lubricants.
