
Sales Business Coordinator

- Prepare and maintain sales materials, reports, and dashboards for management and account teams.
- Perform data analysis on pipeline, quotation conversion, delivery status, and AR performance.
- Manage contract and PO documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Identify and implement improvements in sales operations processes, focusing on cycle time reduction, automation, and data quality.
- Participate as a contributor in improvement projects, ensuring deliverables are met and benefits are measured.
- T&M Quotation & Order Booking: Monitor quotation status and validity; initiate PO creation and ensure smooth booking.
- Other Account Support: Perform ad-hoc tasks such as data collection, status checks, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Order Handover: Validate OnPulse quote and customer order details before triggering booking; ensure accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, and payment milestones.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales operations, order management, or logistics; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
- System Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office; Key User experience is a plus.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Other Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities; process improvement mindset.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with export control and document compliance requirements is an advantage.
