  • Lead local / regional Marketing Promotion Execution with excellence & customer focus, which align regions with marketing to improve execution and feedback (50%)

  • Lead Regional Promotion Team win hospital listing working together with cross function team, as well as support for building DTP Chain Store to increase patient’s accessibility (30%)

  • Lead big brand promotional project execution aligned with brand strategy; increase participation in, and support of, center marketing activities(20%)

  • Lead and ensure team high quality implementation of GSK promotional activities in the regions;

  • Lead team to maintain good communication with key external experts in the region to support regional promotion meetings

  • Lead team to understand market environment in the region, identify opportunities and make constructive proposals to central marketing team during annual activity planning.

  • Expand GSK local HCO coverage by increasing number of local events

  • Identify, plan and establish potential partnership with external experts/organization

  • Ensure HCO/ EE qualification and documentation fits GSK requirements

  • University degree, preferable major in medical area
本科以上学历,相关医药专业优先
  • MNC sales or marketing team management experience (min. 3 yrs)
3年以上跨国企业公司销售或者市场营销经验
  • Successful coaching and people development experiences preferred
有人员管理发展经验优先
  • Project management experience; presentation and facilitation skills
项目管理经验;表达及培训能力
  • Strong communication skills, competent in English speaking and business writing
良好的沟通能力,英语口语和商务写作能力
  • Proficiency in using MS offices (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel and etc.);

  • Strong team player, willing to take initiative to make a difference;
