  • Process and clear transactions and operation activities, adhering to established routines and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle customer/internal stakeholder inquiries and requests, providing a positive customer experience at all touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process
  • Delivers and executes regulatory reports in line with regulatory obligations.
  • Contribute to innovation efforts by applying knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation to optimize transaction processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market products and industry regulations, using this knowledge to ensure compliance in all transaction activities.
Qualifications
  • Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in loan operation, document management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor degrees or above
