Your responsibilitiesMain Responsibility: This job holder should proactively maintain customer relationship, pursue new projects, and collaborate internal and external resources to exceed customer expectation. 1. Build up solid existing customer relationship and collect marketing and competitor status; 2. Collaborate global resources to better achieve customer requirements; 3. Closely contact with customer and get the official RFQ from assigned customers; 4. Kick off Internal quotation process and prepare the quotation proposal; 5. Follow up the quotation and update it based on market situation; 6. Get the nomination after the quotation; 7. Conduct annual commercial negotiation, tracking the payment term; 8. Monitor the customer monthly demand and customer demand fluctuation; 9. Work out Business Planning for middle term and budget for next fiscal year;Your profileQualification: 1. Bachelor's degree and above in Engineering with major in Automotive or related; 2. At least 5 years' sales related experiences in Auto Industry; 3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; 4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels; 5. A results-oriented team player with high sense of responsibility; 6. Self-motivated, can work under pressure; 7. Familiar with MS excel, ppt, word, outlook, etc.; 8. Frequent travel are required.
