- Analyze consumer and category insights to refine market strategies and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing preferred).
- 10+ years in FMCG brand management, with expertise in product development. Experience in convenience food or condiments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office Suite; fluency in English (working language).
- Proven track record in managing high-performing brand/marketing teams.
