- Market Research and Development(for potential retrofit industry, customers, projects, etc.);
- Business Strategy Definition(for risk prevent, pricing, growth target,etc.);
- Contract Negotiation(Price, Warranty, Confidentiality, Integrity Mutual Agreements, etc.);
- Technical Support(Product liability, sample recommendation, validation plan, product release, etc.);
- Project and Product Management(Joint Development collaboration, Product development & life cycle management, etc.);
- Cusomer Relationship Management(improve CSL in daily issues includes order delivery, business relationship building, etc.);
- Cross Function Coordination(Co-work with MKT(BU), ENG, QMC, supply chain and so on.
- Global sales team collaborations, internal alignment for global pricing, business model strategy.
- Education: 985/211 education with bachelor degree or above
- Working Experience: digitalization or electrification background is must;
- Knowledge and skills in sales, marketing, or engineering
- Chinese and English is mandatory
- Can accept travel frequency at 30%~50% of working hour
