Our international team of experts has contributed to the growth of hundreds of apps across all major verticals, including gaming, on-demand delivery, e-commerce, and finance.Job MissionThe Senior Regional Director – China is responsible for driving scalable revenue growth in the region by defining and executing the market's commercial strategy and leading the evolution of the regional revenue organisation.The role acts as the region's senior commercial leader, navigating the competitive, customer, and partner landscape to identify and capture growth opportunities. By translating market insights into clear commercial priorities, the Senior Director ensures that Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations are aligned around the most impactful opportunities for revenue expansion.In addition, the role is responsible for managing the increasing scale and complexity of the regional organisation. This includes setting clear expectations for revenue execution functions, developing strong team leads, and ensuring that performance management, organisational structure, and resource allocation evolve in line with the region's growth ambitions.Through this combination of market-driven strategy and disciplined leadership of the revenue organisation, the Senior Director ensures that the region can consistently convert commercial opportunities into durable and scalable growth.Job Responsibilities
  • Set execution standards and lead performance management
Set clear performance expectations for Sales, Account Management and Ad Operations team leads and manage them toward consistent commercial execution. Coach leaders to raise performance standards, strengthen pipeline quality, improve account expansion, and address underperformance across the portfolio
  • Drive the region's revenue organization scaling strategy
Define how the regional revenue organization evolves as the market grows — including structure, resource allocation, and leadership development — ensuring the organization scales efficiently and remains focused on the highest-impact opportunities. * Develop and execute competitive commercial tacticsContinuously evaluate the competitive landscape, customer needs, and partner ecosystem to identify commercial tactics that strengthen Remerge's position in the market and increase win rates, share of wallet, and long-term account value. * Represent regional market needs in product and service developmentAssess market feedback, competitive dynamics, and customer demand to advocate for product and service developments that increase Remerge's competitiveness in China. * Own executive relationships with strategic accountsBuild and maintain senior relationships with key clients and partners to strengthen trust, unlock strategic opportunities, and support major commercial initiatives. * Strengthen Remerge's market presence in the regionRepresent Remerge in the regional ecosystem through strong personal leadership and market presence, contributing to brand credibility, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities.Job Requirements
  • At least 7 years of significant leadership experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or performance marketing, with responsibility for revenue growth and regional business outcomes.
  • Proven track record managing multi-functional commercial teams (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations) and building disciplined operating structures that improve portfolio health, client retention, and revenue durability.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial tactics across acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to identify and gather insights that can be translated into competitive actions, and drive their implementation with clear ownership.
  • Strong understanding of revenue-generating functions, their structures, and the operational requirements needed for them to perform effectively.
  • Ability to set clear expectations and enforce accountability on performance management
  • Ability to coach second-line leaders, provide constructive feedback, and set clear development goals. Maintain a network of trainers and coaches to support individual growth.
  • Experience operating in complex, fast-moving markets and translating global strategy into effective regional execution.
  • Fluency in English is a must; business level in Chinese will be a plus
  • Holding a valid work permit for China
