- You will develop customer value propositions for new product launches across Mobility, Deliveries, E-commerce, and Financial Services. You will also develop go-to-market strategies, adapting messaging for consumers, merchants, drivers, and enterprise clients in different Southeast Asian markets.
- You will analyze user adoption, retention, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities, presenting findings to product teams and senior leadership to inform roadmap priorities and marketing investments.
- You will coordinate launch timelines and marketing programs across regional product teams and country operations, aligning stakeholders on priorities and ensuring consistent execution across multiple markets.
- You will implement AI tools and automation workflows for market research, user insights, and marketing execution, reducing manual processes and improving data accuracy for decision-making.
- You will manage revenue accountability for product adoption metrics, tracking performance against quarterly growth targets and adjusting marketing strategies based on performance data.
- You will present market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members, informing company-wide investment decisions.
- 10+ years experience in product marketing, strategy, or general management roles within consumer technology, mobile applications, or SaaS companies with multi-country operations.
- Experience developing customer value propositions and go-to-market strategies for digital products, evidenced by prior launches of consumer-facing features or services across multiple markets.
- Experience analyzing user behavior data and revenue metrics to inform product decisions, including proficiency with analytics platforms (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau) and SQL for data querying.
- Experience managing P&L accountability or revenue targets for product lines, with demonstrated ability to forecast growth and optimize marketing spend against acquisition and retention goals.
- Experience implementing marketing automation tools, AI research platforms, or predictive analytics solutions to streamline insights generation and campaign execution.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across product, engineering, and commercial teams in multiple countries, with demonstrated ability to align stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
- English language proficiency to develop technical marketing documentation and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members (regional language skills beneficial for coordinating with local market teams).
