Design the asset trading products including backend and frontend/UX scope.
Provide product roadmap based on the life cycle characteristics of the product, competitive analysis, user feedback and data.
Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, and optimize the product plan through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing team, operations, compliance/legal and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience working in finance/fintech industry.
Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork awareness and communication skills, and be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments.
Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to users and the team.
Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options, etc.
