- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for new product launches (NPD).
- Localize messaging to resonate with regional consumer priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 and tier-2 media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Secure impactful coverage that reinforces Dyson’s innovation leadership and premium positioning.
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Support Greater China leadership in delivering clear, engaging internal communications.
- Develop content and campaigns that strengthen employee understanding of Dyson’s vision, strategy, and values.
- Manage internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls) to ensure timely and consistent updates.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to drive employee engagement and alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in communications, preferably within consumer technology, lifestyle, or innovation-driven industries.
- Proven track record in product PR and media relations in Greater China.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in internal communications and employee engagement programs is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
