● Drive and execute local activities in line with the Business plan, the Global People strategy and divisional focus to meet Secure customers satisfaction for both internal and external ...● Follow up on the complete project specification, objectives, deliverables, time plan and cost; including own projects and sub-projects.
● Central programs implementation related to overall site business
● Masterplans coordination related to site business, manage real estate and facility investment
● Overall internal service of ALJY to meet the business needs
● Participate as an active team member in site meetings.
● Secure Business Principle.
● Be responsible for the trade security and other related management responsibilities of the department involved in the AEO certification standardsRequirements :
● Min. 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing company
● Proven ability to independently and successfully run
● High technical or organizational complexity
● Actively seeks to improve other's competence by providing constructive feedback, coaching, sharing, training and assignments which challenge their abilities and encourage development.
● Knowledgeable about financial and business matters; Focuses on costs, profits, markets, new business opportunities and activities which will bring the largest return.
