
Ecommerce Operations Manager

- Managing end-to-end operations for e-commerce platforms targeting European and American consumers
- Leading store setup, product listings, page optimisation, pricing strategies, and inventory management
- Driving performance in both FBA and FBM models, including logistics planning, returns control, and cost management
- Conducting market analysis, reviewing competitor activity, and suggesting product and branding strategies
- Collaborating with marketing teams on paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and seasonal promotions
- Leading holiday sales campaigns such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Christmas to achieve peak sales results
- Enhancing the user experience and improving post-purchase engagement to increase ratings and repeat purchases
- Establishing and maintaining CRM systems using tools like Klaviyo or Omnisend to build private domain traffic
- Using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Shopify Reports to optimise user funnels
- Working cross-functionally with product, supply chain, content, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Managing a high-performing operations team, setting targets, and tracking KPIs
- Reporting regularly to leadership on operational performance and recommending strategic improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in e-commerce, marketing, international trade, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in cross-border e-commerce operations
- Deep knowledge of the European and North American e-commerce landscape and consumer behaviour
- Proven track record in operating consumer electronics products such as smart wearables, home electronics, or health tech
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon and Shopify, as well as tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong data analysis, project management, and commercial decision-making skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to handle copywriting and customer communication
- Team leadership or project coordination experience is an advantage
