Job Summary Focus on production process improvement, make process safer and keep product with high quality.Responsibilities

Prepare Non-Process SOP.
Daily process management on Safety, Quality and Yield performance.
Prepare production plan and follow process order execution to make sure product delivery on time.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing Project such as Quick Win, Trouble Shooting, Cost Saving etc.
Assistant with MT team to implement process improvement and NPD project.

Requirement

Bachelor or Master in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Working experience in fine chemical industry (fresh master's graduate is available).
Good team sprite and communication skills.
