  • Client Strategy & Relationship Management
  • Develop and execute high-touch engagement plans for clients
  • Curate exclusive events, tastings, and gifting experiences aligned with brand values
  • Maintain and grow a robust client portfolio across luxury, finance, and cultural sectors
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of client managers across key cities
  • Set performance goals, coach on relationship-building, and ensure brand excellence
  • Brand & Commercial Development
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to deliver immersive brand activations
  • Drive sales of limited editions, rare casks, and bespoke bottlings
  • Monitor client satisfaction and optimize strategies for retention and upsell
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
  • Forge strategic alliances with luxury venues, art institutions, and private clubs
  • Represent the brand at industry events and thought leadership forums
Strategic Leadership in Luxury SpiritsDeep Engagement with Elite ClienteleA successful Head of Private Client Management should have:
  • 8+ years in luxury client management, preferably in spirits
  • Proven success in engaging individuals and delivering tailored experiences
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent communication in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus
  • Passion for fine spirits and luxury lifestyle
