- As Recruitment Focal Point:
- Keeping the business needs-at the forefront while improving the overall effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.
- Enable, coach and monitor RPO to ensure high quality daily recruitment delivery.
- Develop strong relationships and partner with key business leaders and HRBPs.
- Support TA initiatives implemented in supported departments.
- As TA Topic Expert:
- Enable HRBPs, hiring managers & recruiters in the region to be successful talent scouts by providing the best toolkits, collaboration platforms & practices.
- Enable best hiring experience for hiring managers, interviewers and candidates until end of onboarding.
- Stay abreast of recruitment trends, developments, and best practices, and leverage this information to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team, to identify and implement improvements to our processes and practices.What makes you a good fit
- 7+ years managing all phases of the recruitment process in a multinational company environment with strong recruitment professional skills.
- Experience on lead TA/recruitment excellence or other HR projects is highly valued, cross country project experience would be even better.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player.
- Strong entrepreneurship, problem-solving abilities and learning agility.
- Fluent oral and written English.
