Job Responsibilities:( *Scope within the following category may vary by candidate experience )Organization Development

Facilitate organization capability building to support business strategy implementation.
Develop organization design and development tools and empower HRBPs
Reinforce AZ culture and values through training, development, and engagement activities.
Provide change management tools and facilitate the change.

Talent Development Program Design and Management

Local talent development programs design and implementation
X-SET talent development program collaboration
International assignment and global development program implementation. Program design for equipping the talent for international assignment.

Competency modeling and Assessment Tools Management

Leadership competency modeling and related assessment tools design
Searching/upgrade/management in promotion, Hipo-assessment, new capability talents, hiring in manager role, MR role, Intern selection
Assessment center /Development center management
360 Feedback tool design and implement

I&D, Employee experience design and implement

Inclusive leadership implement
New employee induction program revamp: Work with AZU, TAq, Rewards, Employee service, and HRBPs to revamp the new employee induction program.
Find opportunities to improve employee experience with full lifecycle support.

Talent Partner

Work with HRBPs to understand business needs and work out talent solutions as a talent partner.

Others

Support and coordinate other development events, like iDevelop initiatives, Inclusion & diversity initiatives, global/local development programs, HR system support, data analysis and maintenance, and other tasks and projects based on supervisor’s request

Job requirements

Positive and open-minded, Strong Learning Agility, Strong Logic and systematic thinking
An activator who drives for execution excellence and possesses strong achievement orientation
Stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencer
Experience of working in a global, complex organization; consulting firm; Pharmaceutical industry background is a plus.
At least a university graduate, preferably with Psychology, HR or related major.
Proficient in oral and written communication (English)
