- Under the leadership of the company's plant manager, implement the company's business management, environmental policies, and goals.
- Responsible for the execution of company business contracts, coordinate the collaborative relationships within the departments and with related departments of the company, and conscientiously implementing safety and production operating procedures.
- Responsible for the training, assessment, and evaluation of job skills for personnel in this department.
- Responsible for developing and providing training on new product and process plans.
- Regularly provide safety training to employees, especially to newly hired and transferred employees.
- Organize emergency response and compliance obligations within the department.
- Implement quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management objectives, indicators and management plans related to the department.
- Implement 5S management in the field effectively.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by the leader.
