- Training Program Design & Implementation: Develop, implement, and oversee targeted training programs to enhance employee competencies across all levels.
- Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Work with external training providers and partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Learning culture development in Bosch China.
- High learning agility (esp. high curiosity and willingness to change)
- Around 7-10 years experiences in learning, leadership and competence development.
- HR Business Partner experiences is a mandatory.
- High customer/user focus
- Passionate and influential personality
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
- Good presentation skill and data analysis skill
- Fluent English in written and communication
