  • Learning Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skills gaps and learning needs within the organization, recommending relevant solutions.
  • Competency Framework Development: Design and update competency models to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Training Program Design & Implementation: Develop, implement, and oversee targeted training programs to enhance employee competencies across all levels.
  • Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Work with external training providers and partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Learning culture development in Bosch China.
Qualifications
  • High learning agility (esp. high curiosity and willingness to change)
  • Around 7-10 years experiences in learning, leadership and competence development.
  • HR Business Partner experiences is a mandatory.
  • High customer/user focus
  • Passionate and influential personality
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Good presentation skill and data analysis skill
  • Fluent English in written and communication
