Shanghai, ChinaJob Description:Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Implements strategic objectives based on industry insights and organizational objectives. Works with cross functional teams in marketing and data analytics and drives department initiatives. Leverages advanced analytical models and delivers recommendations for improved operations.
Contributes to the gathering of data from a variety of sources and summarizes data into reports.
Analyzes data as tasked by management to extract insights regarding consumer behavior and business performance.
Assists in generating reports and communication to keep management informed of progress against goals and targets.
Develops first drafts of tasks regarding data processing or simple analysis and reviews with senior colleagues.
Calculates baseline budgets for new products and services to communicate to management.
Assists in evaluating and integrating new reporting and analytical methods into existing marketing processes.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
