- The internship requires a commitment of 3 months, working 3-4 days per week
- Maintain and analyze sales, pipeline, and customer data in Salesforce. Prepare regular reports on multi-dimension of sales performance to support sales management.
- Assist the prospecting team with lead generation and client outreach. Organize target client lists, product materials, and distribute content to targeted client segments on a regular basis.
- Monitor and summarize industry trends, competitor products and market positioning.
- Support sales materials preparation, including PPTs, proposals and case studies.
- Coordinate team meetings, training and events, follow up on meeting minutes and action items.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the sales department.
- Beijing/ Shanghai based
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; Finance, Economics or related disciplines are preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork spirit, communication skills, continuous learning and time coordination ability
- Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Responsible and customer-service oriented.
