- Prepare, implement and control the country's business plan and the yearly operational plan to guarantee long-term value creation
- Implement and improve the country organizational model to ensure that financial targets are achieved and that it reflects the 'complete'market potential of your country
- Develop new business opportunities in line with the company's mission, vision and strategy
- Position the Technogym Brand in line with the global brand strategy, including developing and creating top locations to further build an aspirational brand, and contributing to creating the local B2B Marketing Plan
- Working closely with your management team, inspire and lead organizational effectiveness by maximizing performance, employee development and engagement
- Ensure that governance and processes are correctly implemented
- Ensure legal, tax and fiscal compliance with local statutory requirements as well as a commitment to systematically scrutinize the CRM database to guarantee that it is valid and complete
- At least 5 years' experience as a Country Manager/Managing Director of a commercial branch in a multinational company operating in a highly competitive, brand-sensitive and service-oriented market
- Ideally, previous experience (around 5 years) in a field-based role within sales/key account management, preferably followed by equivalent marketing experience culminating in a role with commercial responsibilities
- Strong financial background (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) and process orientation is essential
- Master's degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields strongly preferred
- Ability to deal with a complex sales network within a matrix organization and to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Outstanding skills in both sales and negotiation as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
