- Analyzing capital expenditure, inventory, scrap, plant capacity and driving the forecasting, budget, and standard costing process.
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to plan and implement initiatives related to cost reductions, working capital improvements, and process redesigns.
- Preparing the plant's forecasts, cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets and communicating them to the management with recommended actions.
- Tracking and monitoring the local savings of the plant and improving overall financial performance across operational areas, including material spend, labor, and overhead.
